GMRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Magnesium Cement), also known as MRC, is a new type of green and environmentally friendly cementitious building material formed through processes such as batching, mixing, molding, and curing. It uses lightly burned magnesium oxide (MgO) as its primary cementitious substance, incorporates independently developed environmentally friendly materials as admixtures, and adds various modifiers, filler materials, reinforcing materials, powder pigments, etc.

A stable raw material supply channel and a reasonable technical formula are key factors in ensuring the quality of GMRC products. After nearly a decade of experience accumulation and R&D practice, the technical team of Xindaxin Company has successfully developed a proprietary technical formula, addressing issues such as deformation, cracking, and moisture regain in such products.

Due to the strict control of national environmental protection policies and the enhancement of citizens' environmental awareness, polluting industries are finding it increasingly difficult to survive. Benefiting from the environmentally friendly and energy-saving properties of GRMC materials, as well as the significant improvement in its processing technology, its applications are becoming increasingly widespread, especially in themed park scenery props and venues with high fire-rating requirements.

GMRC is lightweight yet highly strong, with products featuring low weight, high strength, great hardness, excellent wear resistance, and ease of operation. It can meet the requirements for molding products with complex shapes and various textures, and can imitate the textures of stone, wood, metal, etc., with no restrictions on its range of applications.

GMRC is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with its main product components being natural magnesite inorganic materials. There is no industrial pollution released during the production process, and the waste will not cause any pollution to the environment. Its material-saving substitution for wood meets the requirements of green, environmentally friendly, and healthy development;

 GMRC is fire-resistant and heat-resistant, classified as a non-combustible material with a fire endurance rating of 1 to 4 hours, achieving a non-combustible grade of A1, and contains no asbestos, formaldehyde, or any other radioactive harmful substances;

GMRC is waterproof and anti-corrosive, undergoing special treatment, it possesses excellent resistance to water, acid, and organic solvent corrosion, and is durable;

Compared to other molding materials, GRMC has thinner walls and lighter weight than GFRC; it is more fire-resistant, environmentally friendly, and safe than GFRP; and it is more water-resistant than GFRG, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Due to the complexity and instability of raw materials influenced by multiple factors, the formulation design is not based on weight units but calculates the weight of main materials according to molar ratios. Precise ratio calculations must be controlled from multiple aspects:

Light-burned magnesium oxide --- its active content should preferably be between 58-65%. Prolonged storage or storage in humid conditions will reduce the active content, and the active content must be used as the basis for ingredient formulation;

Nanoscale composite material---a mixture of various nanoscale materials, independently developed by the company, which must be dissolved into a solution of appropriate concentration with potable water at room temperature before use;

Modifier --- The modifier is a composite type developed by our company through blending various materials. According to product characteristics and manufacturing environments, it effectively controls the structural density, stability, and decomposition resistance of the products;

Fillers --- The selection of fillers is based on the characteristics of the product. Heavy fillers generally include quartz powder, silica fume, fly ash, etc., with priority given to those containing active SiO₂ and Al₂O₃ components. The powder fineness of the fillers should be controlled between 180 to 250 mesh. Light fillers generally include sawdust ash, perlite, ceramsite, etc., which can effectively reduce weight;

Reinforcing materials --- Based on the wall thickness and area of the product, polypropylene fibers and chopped glass fibers can both serve as reinforcing materials. Alternatively, appropriate structural reinforcing ribs can be added according to the design;

Powder pigments --- Powder pigments can effectively change the surface color of products. When added, they must have no adverse effects on the base material, and should be easy to disperse with lasting color.
